Access & Disability

Disability is something that affects all of us. Most of us will be disabled at some point in our lives, and about 20% of us are disabled right now. It’s something everyone should be invested in understanding. Everyone should be listening to disabled people, and acting in solidarity with us.

At the same time, it can feel like there’s so much to know. Disability is a vast umbrella of experiences & communities. Trying to implement all the adaptations, legal requirements, best practices & recommendations can feel like a to-do list, like a chore. But it doesn’t have to.

It should feel like an invitation. A chance to transform the ways you work into something spacious & life-affirming.

Let’s start with a chat

I’m happy to speak with anyone trying to centre disabled people’s needs, creativity & expertise in their work.

I can chat with you for up to 45 minutes about what you’re trying to do, and how we could work together.

I can signpost you to other resources for learning, peers exploring similar work & disabled experts.
